We ordered a hamper to say thank you to the 4 carers who have looked after my mother through critical illnesses. We were immediately contacted with suggestions on how the hamper could be changed so that all 4 had a fabulous choice and all got mugs, candles, etc. Personal, empathic, and beautiful service. Very rare nowadays and enormously appreciated.

This was the second time this month we have used Yabulela to send gifts to family in SA and it has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Karen again. From the excellent communication, top quality gift selection, exquisite presentation and attention to detail, to accommodating my unusual request – everything was seamless and done with great care.
