We will get back to you with answers to your questions as well as suggested alternatives should we not have exactly what you are looking for. We can also curate a custom-packed gift hamper from scratch to suit your specific event, occasion, budget, and recipient.
To ensure that we are able to secure the stock and give you excellent support on your gifting inquiry it is better to email us when you require larger quantities of a specific hamper in our online store.
We will manually quote and invoice you with a secure payment link option that still gives you the opportunity to pay as if you are transacting online in our store.
You can also request whether your hampers need to go to different individual addresses or to one delivery address and we will quote the transport costs accordingly once we have a better understanding of your gifting event/occasion.
Please note that larger volumes will require longer lead times in general, so inquiring earlier with us for your gift occasion is advisable.

We accept Master, Visa, and American Express via our Yoco payment platform.
Visa and Mastercards are also accepted with our SnapScan payment option.
International clients who wish to purchase gifts and hampers may use these payment options as well, as long as they require gifts and hampers to be delivered within the South African Borders.
All transactions are completed in South African Rand / ZAR currency.
Should you prefer to not transact online in the shop, you may request a manual invoice from us with a Yoco or SnapScan payment link to complete your transaction from your mobile phone or desktop at your convenience.
Payments are accepted/transacted in ZAR currency only.
The SnapScan QR code payment is available for South African credit/debit cardholders only. Tick the SnapScan payment method as a payment option at checkout. You will then see our SnapScan QR code at checkout to complete your payment by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone.
We can also send out a manual invoice to you via email with our SnapScan QR code should you wish to transact offline.

Our deliveries are done safely with a contactless system by our nationwide couriers MDS Collivery.
Although we always strive to assist you promptly; please bear with us if there are any delays.
Certain products may have to be replaced in your gift hamper order due to stock availability or seasonal shortages. We will advise all our clients should this become necessary and replace them with equal value and quality products accordingly.
Delivery lead times will vary according to the destination address.
Orders are only dispatched once payment clears to our account. Lead times are stated inside the additional information below our gift hamper options to give you an estimated lead time.
- Next-day delivery will mean that your gift will be delivered the following day from when our couriers collect from us. This option is generally used for all gift hamper orders locally where we are based in Cape Town. If you require next-day delivery to other main centers - please request a quote first before placing an order as next-day deliveries to other main centers carry surcharges which add additional costs to the standard delivery fee quoted at check out.
- Road Freight Express is generally used for small to medium parcels to Gauteng, KZN, and other up-country regions and will mean that your gift will be delivered between 2 - 3 working days from when our couriers collect from us.
- Road Freight is generally used for our large and more weighty gift hampers that are required to go to Gauteng, K,ZN and other up-country regions and will mean that your gift will be delivered between 3 - 5 working days from when our couriers collect from us.
Please note that things can go wrong during transit at times and delays are then inevitable and out of our hands.
It is always advisable to order your gift hamper well in advance of the date required for the occasion. If you need a delivery done urgently there are options to get a gift hamper to your recipient faster, but additional costs come into play and you should email us with your request first so that we can offer the different transit options to you with their irrespective prices in order for you to make an informed decision from there.
We offer free deliveries to clients who qualify with the minimum spend value required in the online store.
However, clients must please be aware that Free Delivery by default uses the Road Freight option with our couriers MDS Collivery and therefore can take between 3 - 5 working days to reach the required delivery destinations.
Should a client who qualifies for free delivery on their spend value in the store need their gift order to get to their destination quicker, they will have to contact us for a delivery cost to get the hamper to the delivery destination quicker and unfortunately will then have to pay the extra delivery cost as quoted by our couriers.
No, Yabulela Gift Hampers are only delivered within the South African borders.
You may however place an order with us from an overseas destination, BUT the delivery address must be to a recipient living within the South African borders.

This information is required by our couriers to secure a safe and timely delivery to your recipient and to keep our finger on the pulse to conclude your gift experience with us and confirm that delivery has been completed.
If the destination of your gift delivery is not in the main center zones, please check with us first before placing your order.
We generally can deliver across South Africa to almost anyone's door, but there may be additional charges. Some areas that are considered outside of the main centers often have regional and town surcharges which will increase the total cost of delivery to your recipient. If you are not sure, please email us and inquire first before placing your order online in our store.
We can assist you with a specific cost of delivery for your chosen gift hamper and then conclude the transaction via email with a final invoice stating the specific delivery cost to your requested destination.
General delivery fees vary between R135 and R205 per gift hamper depending on the size, final weight, and requested delivery destination in South Africa.
