1. How to shop on our site
Clients are not required to register an account, but if you love shopping with us, then registering an account for yourself just makes it easier the next time around when you do shop with us. You can register under the My Account icon at the top right-hand side of the site page, or there is an option to register on the check-out page as well.
2. Outlying Areas – Delivery Costs
If the destination of your gift delivery is not in the main center zones, please check with us first before placing your order. We generally can deliver across South Africa to almost anyone’s door, but there may be additional charges. Some areas that are considered outside of the main centers often have regional and town surcharges which will increase the total cost of delivery to your recipient. If you are not sure, please email us and inquire first before placing your order online in our store.
We can rather assist you with a specific cost of delivery for your chosen gift hamper and then conclude the transaction via email with a final invoice stating the specific delivery cost to your requested destination.
General delivery fees vary between R95 and R195 per gift hamper depending on the size, final weight, and requested delivery destination in South Africa.
3. Is it possible to request a custom packed gift/gift hamper
Absolutely, we can modify any of our listed gift hampers to suit your occasion. So if you would prefer to remove something from one of our Gift Hampers that you see on the online shop you can connect with us at Yabulela Gift Hampers
We will get back to you with answers to your questions as well as suggested alternatives should we not have exactly what you are looking for. We can also curate a custom-packed gift hamper from scratch to suit your specific event, occasion, budget, and recipient.
4. Can I pay with a credit card
Yes, we currently offer payment via credit card through the Yoco secure pay gate. International clients who wish to purchase gifts and hampers may use this payment option as well, as long as they require gifts and hampers to be delivered within the South African Borders.
All transactions are completed in South African Rand / ZAR currency.
All Master/Visa credit cards are accepted for payment via our Yoco secure pay gate. Should you prefer to not transact online in the shop, you may request a manual invoice from us with a Yoco payment link to complete your transaction from your mobile phone or desktop at your convenience.
Online secure payments via a payment link sent to our customers or directly at checkout inside our shop. Payments are accepted/transacted in ZAR currency only.
The SnapScan App is also available for South African credit cardholders. Tick the SnapScan payment method as a payment option at check out. We will then get in touch via email once we receive your order and send through an invoice that will have our SnapScan QR code displayed for payment facilitation.

Once you receive our invoice just scan the QR code from your desktop, mobile phone, or printed invoice in the bottom right-hand corner.
Our deliveries are done safely with a contactless system by our nationwide couriers MDS Collivery
Although we strive to assist you promptly; please bear with us if there are any delays.
We are practicing & operating under the Covid-19 Health & Hygiene Regulations Act and have minimum staff on hand to safely pack and complete your order with all the necessary requirements in place as per the Government Gazette.
Certain products may have to be replaced in your gift hamper order due to stock availability or seasonal shortages. We will advise all our clients should this become necessary and replace them with equal value and quality products accordingly.
Protocols for customers receiving their parcels are stated in the Government Gazette.
All e-Commerce customers must ensure the following:
a) Customers and all residents within the immediate vicinity must wear a cloth face mask or a homemade item that covers the nose and mouth when receiving goods from couriers and delivery personnel.
b) Customers must maintain at least one and a half meters distance from courier and delivery personnel.
c) Customers are encouraged to disinfect goods using guidelines published by the National Department of Health and those provided by retailers.
