Know the details of our Terms and Conditions so you can be a savvy consumer when purchasing with us!
PAYMENTS:
- EFT payments are accepted.
- International Bank Transfers
- Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted via Snapscan and Yoco with credit, and debit cards locally and internationally.
- American Express and Apple Pay payments are accepted securely on our site via Yoco
- The SnapScan QR payment option is only available to South African customers.
- South African Clients must download the Snapscan app on their mobile phones to use the QR Snapscan payment option.
If you choose to pay via EFT to our stated bank account please note the following steps:
Once you have placed your order please transfer the purchase amount directly to our account stated on your check-out page. Please use your order number as the reference for your payment.
Orders will only be processed once the purchase amount is reflected in our account.
Once the transfer has been completed please forward your payment confirmation via SMS to 074 103 0991 or email confirmation to Yabulela Gift Hampers.
DELIVERY:
We use courier services for all our deliveries. Our deliveries are done safely with a contactless system by our nationwide couriers MDS Collivery
The delivery charge will reflect on your FINAL invoice and will vary according to the final weight and size of the gift hamper ordered and the delivery address where the gift needs to be delivered.
We do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Although we will strive to assist you promptly; please bear with us if there are any delays.
Certain products may have to be replaced in your gift hamper order due to stock availability or seasonal shortages. We will advise all our clients should this become necessary and replace them with equal value and quality products accordingly.
Should your purchase qualify for free delivery, your parcel is sent via our couriers with road freight to the recipients’ address. This usually takes 4 – 5 working days as it is the most cost-effective option for large gift hampers. Please keep this in mind when completing your purchase at checkout, should you require faster delivery, please contact us first before checking out, so we can offer alternative options to you via a manual invoice, as delivery charges may come into play.
LEAD TIME:
This is the time it will take once your order has been confirmed, payment cleared, gift packed and dispatched from our premises, and on its way to be delivered to you. Delivery times depend on the area of delivery and the type of delivery service requested, e.g. overnight, next day, economy, etc. Additional delivery fees will become applicable should a client request a non-standard delivery fee, e.g. overnight or the next day, especially for large-size gift hampers.
We use the next-day service for local delivery within the Western Cape. This ensures your gift is delivered to the recipient the next day after leaving our premises. For other areas, the standard service is road freight express which ensures that your gift is delivered to the recipient within 2 – 3 working days, and for larger gift hampers road freight which ensures delivery within 4 – 5 working days to your recipient after leaving our premises.
- Please note that during peak periods e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, etc lead times may extend.
- For large bulk order quantities contact Yabulela Gift Hampers for specific lead times and transport costs on your order.
Clients are welcome to arrange a collection via their own courier company should this be more convenient. Every effort will be made on our side to ensure that the order is packed securely for transit. Yabulela Gift Hampers cannot be held liable for damage, appearance, or loss of an order when clients choose to use their own transport companies.
TERMS FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our business, the TERMS on the return of any products is at the discretion of Yabulela Gift Hampers and no correspondence will be entered into once a decision has been made. Please contact us immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. We reserve the right to enforce a handling fee should a return be granted. The handling fee will be based on the purchase price, but, will not exceed 25%.
