TERMS AND CONDITIONS – YABULELA GIFT HAMPERS
- EFT payments are accepted.
- Payments can also be made via Snapscan with credit and debit cards.
- Clients will need to download the app on their mobile phones to use this payment portal.
- This payment portal is only available to South African customers.
Should you wish to pay cash via a bank deposit, a cash deposit fee will be added to the total invoice amount to cover additional banking fees.
Once you have placed your order please transfer the purchase amount directly to our account stated on your check-out page. Please use your order number as the reference on your payment.
Orders will only be processed once the purchase amount reflects in our account.
Once the transfer has been made please forward payment confirmation via sms to 074 103 0991 or email confirmation to email@example.com.
We use courier services for deliveries outside a 30km radius from our premises.
Local deliveries within a 30km radius from our premises will be made by us directly. The delivery charge will reflect on your FINAL invoice and will vary according to where the gift needs to be delivered to.
We do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.
This is the time it will take once your order has been confirmed, payment cleared, gift packed and dispatched from our premises, on it’s way to be delivered to you. Delivery times are dependent on the area of delivery as well as the type of delivery service requested, e.g. overnight, next day, economy etc. We mostly use the next day service, which gets your gift to the recipient within 1 – 2 days from leaving our premises.
- Please note that during peak periods e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter etc lead times may extend.
- For large bulk order quantities please contact Yabulela Gift Hampers for specific lead times and transport costs on your order.
Clients are welcome to arrange collection via their own courier company should this be more convenient. Every effort will be made on our side to ensure that the order is packed securely for transit. Yabulela Gift Hampers cannot be held liable for damage, appearance or loss of a order, when clients choose to use their own transport companies.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our business the return of any products are at the discretion of Yabulela Gift Hampers and no correspondence will be entered into once a decision has been made. Please contact us immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. We reserve the right to enforce a handling fee should a return be granted. The handling fee will be based on the purchase price, but, will not exceed 25%.
