I needed to order some gift hampers for overseas colleagues for my company and came across Yabulela during my search. They have a variety of options, which is great! In particular, they have hampers to cater to different dietary requirements such as halal baskets which was exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention, the pictures of the prepared hampers looked beautiful and the price was reasonable. When I made the order, there was a little mix-up with the names and addresses. I was able to contact the team at Yabulela via Whatsapp. Karen responded quickly and was so helpful. She also provided updates on the hampers and the delivery. She was such a great support in ensuring that our colleagues would receive their hampers with little to no issues. Our colleagues love the hampers and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I am hopeless at shopping but this was a fabulous experience. Yabulela takes away all the stress of shopping and not knowing what to buy. A few Whatsapps, Karen has incredible ideas, patience and such a warm personality. Incredibly professional, the gift arrived fast, looked magnificent and was a great success on the day. It was really a blessing to buy a gift and then to see how the talented giftologist transformed something plain into a work of art. Without Karen's (the giftologist) help, I really think this gift wouldn't have been so special. The service was quick and extremely friendly. I'm not the most decorative person on earth, and thus I know that I will definitely be making use of Karen's beautiful skills in the future. I think that even those who are creative can catch a few tips from her. I will definitely recommend Yabulela Gift Hampers. The service was friendly, professional, and prompt.
